The Santoemma Foamtec 30 is a medium-sized restroom sanitation and cleaning machine that utilizes Santoemma’s patented Foamtec system. It is designed for thorough cleaning and sanitizing of public restrooms, large washrooms, and other similar environments. The machine operates in four stages:
1. Foam Spraying: It applies a compact foam solution to all surfaces (walls, sanitary fixtures, showers, and windows).
2. Chemical Action: The foam interacts with dirt, bacteria, and grime, allowing effective cleaning.
3. Rinsing: Clean water is used to rinse away the foam and residues.
4. Vacuuming: Any remaining water on the floor is vacuumed up, leaving the surfaces dry.
The Foamtec 30 system is particularly effective in environments that require deep cleaning, making it ideal for routine sanitation as well as handling very dirty areas. It also uses a specialized nebulizing system that breaks down sanitizing chemicals into 50-micron particles, ensuring an even application on all surfaces.
